Aligns the “new metrics format” labels emitted by LocalMetrics.Api with the label-set used elsewhere to prevent Prometheus metric registration conflicts.
Changes:
- Add the missing
transportlabel to the tagged (“new metrics format”) API metrics. - Ensure
count/recv_bytes/sent_bytes/latencymetrics for API calls share a consistent label key set with related request/RPC metrics.
